How to read the version numbers. We use year.month.release: the first version
released in October 2026 is 26.10.1, a fix in the same month is 26.10.2, the first one in November is
26.11.1. The number alone tells you how old your copy is: if you are on 26.3.2, your updates
stopped in March.

The first one comes with the first build handed to the testers.
