Wiring Lab is the trading name of the software developed and distributed by Fausto Maria Demetrio s.p.
The only contact channel is info@wiringlab.studio. The same address is used for questions about privacy and personal data, for support and for any communication of a legal nature. Write to us in any of the six languages of this site: we reply in English, and in Italian to those who write in Italian.
On this site no sales take place: there is no checkout and we receive no payments. The only thing possible is to join the waiting list, at no charge and with no obligation to buy.
Once sales are open, the seller will be Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record: it is Paddle that concludes the contract of purchase with the customer, takes the payment, issues the invoice and applies the VAT due. The licence to use the software remains a contract with Fausto Maria Demetrio s.p. The reseller's full identifying details appear on the receipt and on the purchase page. The applicable rules are described in the terms and on the withdrawal and refunds page.
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which provides hosting, the content delivery network, protection against attacks and the store in which the waiting list data is saved. We use no third-party analytics services. Details of the processing of data are in the privacy policy and in the cookie policy.
The texts, images, trade marks, logo and graphics on this site are the property of Fausto Maria Demetrio s.p. or of their respective owners and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even in part, for commercial purposes is not permitted without written authorisation.
The information about the software describes a product under development: features, prices and release dates may change until version 1.0 is released and do not constitute a contractual offer. We try to keep the published information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete and current at all times.
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over those sites and we are not responsible for their content.
Wiring Lab performs checks and calculations by reference to industry technical rules and standards, and cites the source of each result. We are not affiliated with the standards bodies cited, we do not represent them and we issue no certificates of conformity. Responsibility for the technical verification, the safety and the regulatory compliance of a design or an installation remains with the qualified professionals who sign it off.
The software does not distribute the text of the standards cited: the standards documents must be purchased from the bodies that publish them.
The names of products, protocols, standards, companies and operating systems mentioned on the site and in the software — including, by way of example, Dante, AES67, AVB, NDI, HDBaseT, SDVoE, HDMI, SDI, SMPTE ST 2110, TIA, AVIXA, IEC, CEI, IEEE, AES, NEC, DXF, macOS, Windows, Cloudflare and Paddle — are registered trade marks or trade marks of their respective owners. They are mentioned solely for descriptive and identification purposes, to indicate compatibility or a technical reference. Mentioning them implies no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or certification by their owners.
The Wiring Lab software includes third-party open source components, and we thank their authors and maintainers. The full licence notices, with the complete texts and the copyright notices required by the respective licences, are distributed together with the software and can be requested at any time by writing to info@wiringlab.studio. The open source licences are reproduced in their original language, as a rule English.

Relationships arising from the use of this site and of the software are governed by Slovenian law.
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the law of your country of habitual residence continue to apply, and the court designated by law, as a rule the court of your place of residence, remains competent. In dealings between businesses, the courts of Koper, Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumers may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies competent in their own country. We have not signed up in advance to any specific body; we consider each proposal for out-of-court settlement case by case.
