What happens after Audio's first 12 months. The licence stays yours for good and your projects keep working. What stops are the software and product-catalogue updates: you can pick them up again whenever you like with the annual renewal, or carry on with the version you have. The renewal is not compulsory and there is no penalty for skipping it.
